It was mentioned either on here or reddit that the installation cost for the suv kit would be included already in the purchase price if done at time of sale (Slate rep so grain of salt). but here's an excerpt from the reddit AMA: "The best value is to have your SUV kit installed before delivery."

They should have at least the option to say yes, include the base wheels and tires or no deduct some monies I don't need them.

It was confirmed in the AMA on reddit that you would get two sets of tires if you order the all terrain ones.

Thanks, great website. They do have some low-fi options for sunshade like this that are not in the form of a hardtop: https://www.bestop.com/products/access-bimini/. Probably easier to secure or fashion as well.
