I'm also hoping there will be a bunch of aftermarket stuff. As easy as it is to take off the body panels, this should be doable, but you're probably talking either injection or vacuforming... I'd expect these panels to be a bit big for 3d printing.

No idea about the carrier, but for vehicles with rear mounted spares, usually you use the same lug nut lock you use for the other wheels. Still not impossible to steal, but way more annoying and that's usually enough.
