Just added this part from the Tech Crunch article about the Series B funding: The Delaware paperwork also lists [Mark] Walter and [Thomas] Tull as new board members, suggesting the two invested in Slate’s Series B round. The two recently formed a $40 billion holding company to make investments...

Here's a look at how the key fob is customized - the keyfob cap can be changed out for different colors and also a screwdriver foldout version (can be used to install / uninstall accessories). Looks like the screwdriver head can be regular heads (flathead, phillips) or a torx head.

I don't see it here in the frunk shot, but Eric Keipper confirmed there's a drag plug in the frunk, so it can be used for ice / tailgating. 🙌 But we do get a shot of how the Slate charging cable / adapter looks.
