    It still could be replicated but yah that makes it far harder/annoying for the would be thief. But now I’m worried about longevity of that connection.

    Judging by the center piece I’d say we have maybe a good 8-10 inches so it would be a narrow arm rest but that’s just by looks could be a foot wide for all I know and that would be plenty I thinks

    Hmmm maybe but if it is still using rfid couldn’t it still be susceptible to copying to a dummy fob that would stick in the same place I mean you could easily replicate the fob design now it’s just internals and some hackery I do wonder

    Yah that’s true I’d say slate is ether your daily or the side chick you take out on weekends or for fleet allocation the gofer but I got some wild plans for the slate
