Donut solid state battery ver 2?

I bought QS stock a long time ago. My purchase average was probably 60 dollars/share. Lost my ass. But I still hope they get to market even though I sold a long time ago.

Dear Slate, please add the white grill to configurator

No, they probably won't reply, but this subforum is titled Suggestions & Requests for Slate Auto (Features / Improvements) . So at least I'm in the right place as far as this forum goes.

Dear Slate, please add the white grill to configurator

After seeing how good the white grille looked on the Fort Worth Slate, I'm in love with it. Can you please ask your amazing partner Zerolight to add it to the configurator? I'd love to see how it looks with various color combos without having to use AI to badly do the job. I'm talking about...

Tisha Johnson on designing the ultimate affordable electric pickup

My favorite car color is GM's Emerald Green Metallic which I got on my Solstice back in 2006. I fell in love with the color back in high school when someone I knew had a 68 camaro with it. So slick.

EV Slate truck first look by The Verge

It's probably been out before, but this is the first time I've seen the white grille that was on the Fort Worth display truck. TAKE MY MONEY!

Radio idea with bluetooth, FM, and knobs

You've reminded me of all the 8-track players I used to mount under the dash in my early cars. That would be a fun add.

The itch that Slate scratches, the one that it sort of doesn’t

It's been said by people who went to recent fleet buyers Slate presentations that there might be a battery surprise coming when they spill the pricing in June. The EV battery market in the U.S. is definitely a buyers market at the moment. I'm hoping either something that makes the price lower...

    Room For My Stuff........

Makes sense to me. I have a 2 year old Maverick Hybrid and I will gladly lose a good bit of money to finally get a fully electric truck with no dealer overcharge crap, 12v battery failure crap, oil change crap, subscription crap, data gathering crap, ford recall crap, and on and on. Give me a...

    Battery Architecture Thought Experiment

I see the benefits as being able to charge to 100% every night, plus reduced fire risk. Reduced range is the trade-off.

    Battery Architecture Thought Experiment

Cool! Would love to know more. After the Fort Worth showing, there was a Dallas fleet buyer presentation, and someone posted that they couldn't say exactly what was changed but that when we see the pricing in June, there was an "obvious" choice coming on battery packs that was new. Can't wait...

    Battery Architecture Thought Experiment

I think it was in the Munro video but yes, they said they'd be receiving pouches and making their own packs.

The itch that Slate scratches, the one that it sort of doesn’t

I feel your pain, Texas has 85 mph speed limits in some spots. But I think 90 is plenty enough for me.

Heated Seats Covers??? Motor Trend article: "Automotive Designer Tisha Johnson and Slate Auto: The Perfect Match"

I don't have a long winter like you northern people, but man do I love my heated seats and steering wheel on my Maverick in January and February. If either or both are offered as accessories I am SO in.

Slate Will Build a $7.8M Vinyl Wrap Kit Manufacturing Fulfillment Facility In Kentucky

Fascinating. Guess this is where they'll be cutting the vinyl rolls into the individual kit pieces. The article says Slate will be wrapping vehicles here but I would guess that would be for fleet orders maybe?
