When Slate was announced, it was "under 20k with the tax incentive." In my head, when I hear "under 20k," it means 19,999, or close to it.
14-16k would be "mid teens," 17-18 would be "upper teens," and 19-19999 is "under 20." So it was always 20k to me, or close enough.

No need for vehicle specific heated covers. Search for "12v heated seat cover" online. They're everywhere and fit any car, but they're really more of a heat pad that straps to the seat, they don't really cover it, that's what they're called when you're shopping online.
