    Brother man! I'll bet that V-Max passed them at speed, too! That sucks re: the HOV lanes. I guess that must be State-wide? Do you have a link on that.

    My Leaf had and my Fiat 500e has ODB-II ports. There was a cool app called Leaf Spy that would show you all sorts of battery stats.
