Received a nice letter( forum) in the mail yesterday with a note and a rendering drawing of the slate truck. It's a nice reminder they know I'm still here.
The equipment to put this complicated frame together (flat panel laser, arbor presses, punch presses, robot welders and full powder coat line) would take a lot of money up front. I would think it would be more cost effective to out. source..just my thought.
Not going to argue over bugs ..for sure they can come in...just doesn't happen very often. Have had wing windows in something my whole life...need a breath of fresh air...no noisy window to roll down ..regulate how much air you want .never saw a disadvantage to them. AC is great but would rather...
AC takes battery power, vent window takes a small effort to open that's all...crank window will bring into the cab virtually little air. Have had wing windows my whole life...they work. Saving electricity for drive motor.
So,I'll do it myself...it was just a wish list anyway like everything else on these threads. I'm a fabricator so it doesn't intimidate me. Glass can be cut...how silly.
