    Flip-Up Rear Window?

I would love to be able to prop that open, even just a little bit, to get air flow going through on my ride home from work.

Still Leary of getting my Slate

Dude. I don't think he's alluding to someone 3D printing them. Just manufacturing them.

    Factory Update Email Received 5/7/26

I know. I was hoping for a new video or at least photos. When I clicked the link and it took me to that old video, I was disappointed.

    What's the Slate's maintenance like?

I have a little over 256,000 on my 2014 ford focus. Knock on wood, I've never had any major problems with it. Replaced two O2 sensors on it and had to fix the wiring harness. It rubbed through and shorted two wires. The engine would randomly shut off while driving and come up with an engine...

What's your Slate build look like? Post your Share Code 👨🏻‍💻

Thanks. I might switch the wheels on that one though since it has the 20s. I'll be using it for going to work which is a 50 minute drive... I keep seeing people doing the two tone and I like that a lot too.

THERE WILL BE A TIME WHEN IT JUST WON'T GO

I think we just ignore this guy from now on. He seems very angry or just trying to get a rise from us... 😁

I think I am “over The Slate”

I love how everyone in these threads is building off of a speculated price. We'll have no idea until June what it is. I could see them surprising everyone and coming in well under $25k ("mid-twenties). Also, the price of the extended range battery not being what we think it'll be either. I know...

Bed notches for crossbars / 4x4 wood useful to create platform, scaffold & more

You already have 2 supports on either end of the wheel well. Unless you have some supper flimsy material, those two should support it.

Bed notches for crossbars / 4x4 wood useful to create platform, scaffold & more

I was thinking the same thing with the 6 notches. Why not remove the center and drop it down to flush with the top of wheel well. Hopefully they'll see this post and fix that before production 😆

    Slate Can Do Donuts x2

Love that show! I even enjoyed the new season. I don't think once I've had a peach or blueberry fitter that I ever gone back to an apple fritter. Haha

    Slate Tailgate Technology 👋

A lot of the cameras are in the gate like that. Even on our suburban it's on the gate and if that's up, it's useless then too. Haha I'm curious about the locking/unlocking with the fob. That would be nice but it does look like a point for key there too.
