    I like to take two boards with me and leave one locked in the vehicle. If I just bring one, it is sometimes the wrong one. :)

    She didn't know the answer to my question, but someone did. :) If the answer wasn't yes, it was a deal killer for me. Love the idea of the Slate, but I will wait a bit and see how they turn out before I commit. I think I can keep my 2007 Odyssey surf mobile running until then.

    I may be mistaken, but I seem to recall that with the SUV one uses the back window of the basic PU as the rear window on the SUV.

    Actually, the question was can a 9' surfboard be locked in the SUV, and she didn't know. A bubble popped up saying that it could (around 7:17). It was my question so I paid a lot of attention to the answer. BTW there is quite a big difference between a 9' surfboard and a 9' kayak.
