My ranger shit the bed so I bought a frontier I don’t believe in the slate really anymore, they made it way to small and no way is it going to be mid 20s
My biggest fear with the slate is that it will turn out like a food truck. In my experience, food trucks tend to charge high prices and serve just okay food, but they don't offer amenities like bathrooms, waitstaff, or the accommodations that real restaurants do. Despite this, they still charge...
I know they said pricing coming in June but I think I’m going to need some more info before then, I may not be able to wait until the end of the year to get a truck and I think it’s kinda crazy 9 months or less away from launch and I feel like we still don’t really know a lot about the truck
I want to love the slate so bad and am still planing on waiting but it is hard to then it has no standard features ( radio power windows) not having the extended battery as the standard and no AWD. These few things would make it a no brainer for me especially if you got that for about 25k. I...
I see so many post about how the market only wants big trucks and I don’t think that is true, the strick emission regulations and chicken law forced trucks to get bigger and bigger and not because people wanted big trucks.
I bought this little car play screen from Amazon that was suggested by someone on this forum, and I’m pretty amazed how well it works for under 50 bucks. This is not a high end solution and a good double Din would be much better but it does work pretty well.

These things happen all the time with products, movies, tv shows and video games every knows what people want but somehow they just can’t deliver it. Being able to install standard radio heads with an antenna should of been day one type stuff to confirm
I feel like if they made the slate with a 6 foot bed, all wheel drive/4x4, basic radio and the base battery range being around 250 it would be a killer app
