I presume these were sent USPS marketing rate. The USPS is notorious for throwing these to the back of the pile. They say the standard is 3 to 10 days. Our church has seen it go as long as 15 business days, even for a delivery 1 mile away!

So perhaps more of us will be seeing these.

My informed delivery shows 3 pieces of mail today but all three images show none from Slate.

Out of curiosity, I scanned the code. It leads to the customized build… that features an item no longer available as an option. When did they produce these cards, and they didn’t think to update the build?

I can’t believe the cost of the wheel Decals. I’ll just paint my wheels if I want to change the look.

The regular decals are $80. This is the fancy one with the Slate name and a crazy price.

That's the price for the Slate logo gradient decals. Single colors are $80:

though I agree that feels steep. The wheels are painted steel, so you can use standard wrap materials, which run $50 at RVinyl:

The trick is getting them perfectly centered. Slate's are die cut with, I believe, a template for getting them in the right spot. That RVinyl option is just a 3x5 foot rectangle (enough for eight 16" wheel covers), but it relies on your own skill to cut and center the vinyl. Apply it oversized and cut off the excess using the wheel itself as a template.

David, we already went over this. You suffer the “paradise penalty”. If you don’t suffer CONUS traffic, you don’t enjoy USPS Slate swag. Can’t have both. I’m pretty sure that’s a rule?
I know, I know. But still - FEELINGS 😢😢
