Best vid I've seen about the current state of the Slate assembly line.

They are definitely ahead of where I thought they were. Video is linked to the part where Dan Tasiemski is interviewed about the assembly. I was shocked by how far they already are on the automation. Let's go Slate! Loved the screen in the background showing the movement of the assembly line.

Am I the only one to notice that the impressive robot moving a frame was being controlled by a lady with a handheld controller? Or that the "fancy simulation" was of a seat assembly line?

BTW, simulating an assembly line in software is twenty plus year old technology.
