From all known info/observations, the windshield would have to be steep due to the headroom. Slope = rise : run, with lots of headroom and only a single row cab the dimensions are limited, literally form follows function.

There's something off about this. The Santa Cruz (green) is supposed to be 4 inches shorter than the Mav (blue), according to the chart, but it's much longer in the image. The Toyota is the longest according to the chart, but shown shorter than the red Ranger. And the Maverick looks to only have a single cab with a bed much longer than the Slate?
