We've pretty much concluded that the SUV foot well is the behind the front seat space in the truck. There isn't likely an unused void under the bed.
From comparing pictures, it looks like there is at most an inch or inch and a half. Is that what you want to access? This is something to maybe look at once people get production trucks in their hands.
Agreed, pure conjecture at this point. TBH I think a good portion of this forum will be overcome by actual facts once we get actual product, but conjecture sure facilitates post count. i just get frustrated when a few post like they truly know.
Why? Personally I’m looking forward to the days when real info, based on hands on Slate is posted and discussed. Real solutions.If so, I'll need to cancel my membership.

I am thinking that is the case based on the pictures in this older thread. If you look at the pictures of the cargo area behind the back seat you can see that the rear seat back is mostly in front of the rear wheel wells. The seat bottom is forward from that. Here is another thread with pictures from another Slate event in late 2025 that shows the area between the front and rear seats.
