I just left mine on earliest available. I think the main purpose would be for if you want a later window, say you don't want the truck until March, or June, etc.

I wouldn't be too worried about that. They aren't saying you can get it whenever you want. We can't see what they are doing with fleet orders, but apparently some are scheduled as soon as December. People still have Q3 windows, they can set their preference to January, but it doesn't mean it will happen. It isn't like they moved everyone to Q1, they are letting people set what the earliest they want it is, in case someone cancels and there is a truck available.
