I never got the email you all mentioned, but I received my sketch last week. I had to go out yesterday on a couple of errands and since I was by a store that sold frames, I thought this looked nice
I also stuck the sticker they sent me when I purchased my shirt and water bottle to my took...
The only thing I will be adding to my hopeful Slate will be a set of speakers, and that's about it. I like the idea of a stripped down vehicle. It's how I've always bought them. So, no worries for me

I always buy stripped down cars, and refuse to buy anything newer than 2015. Never had a backup camera, no screens in the car, Until recently, always had a manual transmission (herniated disk in my neck makes my right shoulder painful, so I sadly had to go automatic), my truck has crank windows...
I always find it funny that they compare the bed of a new truck to an old truck. I ONLY buy trucks with 8' beds, otherwise, you cut down on the utility. I have no idea why they shrunk down the bed for a 4-door. If you want that, just get a Suburban or something.
But, I agree, my 2500HD is...
I'd like a slider, but a pop-out would work too. I would rather have a slider though. My current truck doesn't have that, and they only make a slider with the power slider option. My truck is a very stripped down fleet truck, so I don't even have a button for that. I miss the slider.

Oh man, I really miss those vent windows. I had those in a few vehicles, back in the day, and I really miss them, especially in my truck. Yes, if you can, bring 'em back!
Dan
Beats me. I know some young folks that don't want one because of the lack of tech, but when I talk to folks my own age, they are all over this truck.

Having owned an 80's Toyota (I think mine was an '84), I agree. I gotta tell you though, I loved my little Toyota. I only got rid of it as the frame was completely rusted through and no longer safe to operate. But I thoroughly enjoyed that stripped down little truck.
