I expect to add my own cellular internet and hope to connect either wifi or maybe wired as well. This would be for my own stuff and not something truck is dependent on.

I have really enjoyed reading much of your tech oriented posts, but geesh, this political rant is getting tiring. Please stop. It doesn’t bring out the best in us. Personally, I’d have no problem cancelling ALL subsidies, especially the people ones.

not being political, but I disagree. price of the truck should be price of the truck, just like any item. Here we are discussing who is paying for it. Manufacturers should be setting fair market value, not base on arbitrary incentives.

Correct me if wrong, but I don’t recall going from incandescent to LED. I believe there was a step in between, CFL. I just installed some new LED fixtures and they sure aren’t was what available when incandescents were banned.
There was also a secondary benefit to incandescents, but likely not...
