The guy I talked to at the event made it very clear these seats aren't even close to what will actually be in the final car. So don't get too attached.
I was there yesterday around 1-3 and was the only one at the time so I was talking to 3 guys who answered a lot of questions.
They said everything is subject to change but is true as of now.
1 -Front seat will have airbag lockouts for car seats.
2 -No NACS bidirectional charging planned at this...
Talked to them yesterday at the Texas event and they confirmed that production review units will be sent out with a media embargo set to coincide with launch of sales.
That's interesting because when I was talking to them I pressed on the details on the topper and they said the cargo kit would be the same topper as the SUV without rollbar but will have a safety partition.

I've driven 3PDs (I'm assuming that's a manual) and most of the time I only used one of the 3 to slow down, as in engine braking. Only time I use the clutch is to change gears or panic brake.
Also, I'm not going to go looking for the video, but I'm pretty sure I remember them saying regen is 1...
They'll probably let them customize it to there hearts content and then let them choose to have the accessories pre installed or shipped to them with the truck.
Most of my vehicles have been RWD manuals and used engine breaking far more than my brakes. So same basic concept, but instead of making heat and noise it's charging the battery.
If you precondition before unplugging helps a lot. Not much different than letting an ice get to operating temp before driving it.
You could also put a diesel heater in the bed and duct it into the car. You'll be real warm then.
