Their discussion is a mixed bag, some positive, some trepidation.
They're catching onto the customizability.
They want to drive it.
"a class of one"

Not a huge fan of this channel so far, from the clips I've seen they seem to be very negative about the US EV Industry and think Chinese EV's are the greatest thing since slice bread with no nuance. It often feels like the embodiment of the r/electricvehicles subreddit honestly. Overall the discussion about Slate was fair and par for the course all things considered. Glad the interviewer corrected when someone said $27K and said that Slate is saying mid-20s.

From the first part of the discussion...
  • A 2-door small truck has been missing from the USA market.
  • Factory is nearly empty except a Customer Experience Center.
  • The overall vibe is mostly excitement in Warsaw.
  • Slate is still in high spirits despite the tax credit being gone.
  • Guest thinks 17 states still have EV Incentives.
  • Truck reminds him of a utilitarian work truck for workers.
  • It's a cute and cool-looking pickup.
If you're gonna work anyway, you may as well do it in a cute and cool-looking pickup.
