Sure, totally agree.
Some buyers will be pulled from Slate to leaf, some Leaf Buyers to Slate, some will go buy a Escalade because they can and that’s what they were in the mood for today.
Competition is good for the consumer, and the leaf will likely push on Slate to provide a better value...

Referencing my original post- I was saying the Leaf will potentially drive some drivers who are not interested in a specific form factor - if you want a EV truck- the slate will always win over the leaf...
100%. In my opinion, Slate drew a large chunk of people who wanted a cheap EV to pop around in. Some need the form factor of the Slate, but most do not.
For that buyer, it is hard to argue the Slate is a better option, assuming equal price.
I dunno.... the projects were "full steam" when there was an artificial incentive to sell them, now they are dead when the playing field is "level" (less the everlasting oil subsidies, but that's another topic). Companies are canceling these projects as a result of demand swings... to say they...
Great point... Much like the Lions, Slate will be chasing big brother's (the Packers) long history of success. Hopefully Slate does a better job passing them up, rather than settling for a couple years of above average!
I agree with this statement- but I find this forum a bit funny. They praise the "top talent" recruited from legacy manufacturers (Chrysler, Tesla, etc.) but then will say those same companies are making idiotic decisions, don't care about the consumer, etc.

Seems to be a no-news is news story. Not a bad thing, just kind of funny. In my experience commissioning, you generally don't see major timeline delays before you start even throwing equipment in the building. (If you do, someone really screwed up!)
