14-50 outlet to 60 amp with the proper wires is what I have. Gives you 40 amps continuous charge possible.
My MachE came with a 24amp lvl 2 charger but I use an Emporia one that has a management app. I can monitor usage down to the penny and set schedules etc. with a 14-50 plug if my Emporia...
Eh, as stated charge curve trumps efficiency. Bolts are nice around town if you charge at home, traveling, they are an annoyance to other drivers. Honestly 2 hours endurance at highway speeds and a good charge curve that gets you on the road in 20 minutes are better than 3 hours endurance and...
Road trip nightmare is pulling into an Electrify America station that shows only 2 available chargers and both are occupied by Bolts and VWs already in line..... Thankfully Tesla opened their network.
Charge rate matters more than 50 miles of range.
Think you on to something with the tail lamp. Not finalized is my guess.
Possible solution may be an led strip across the top of the tail gate or between the gate and bumper. I do not know what the height requirement is.
Will the speedo be mechanical? On our 62 3 on the column I removed and capped the speedo cable and we are using a speedhut gps speedo. No need for math or mechanical failure.
Of interest the gps speedo captures highest speed obtained, that was achieved by my wife on a back road with a bed...
I would not be upset if I received a base pickup with lift and all terrain tires and a big crate of work to do, dropped in my driveway. I would forgo factory pickup for that.. Heck, I may forgo the tires depending on pricing and type. Factory lift is nice though. If the price is right....
No idea, that is the wifes car, as in I got it and she liked it so much I had to get my own. I would go check but she keeps her seat so far forward I really do not like messing with it.
I wonder if they will deliver them based on commodities associated with individual orders. SUV color match delays, Receiver hitch delay, Premium bumper delays. Oh the possibilities for discontent.....
Our 21 Ford is past its 3 year 36. The Ford native navigation always kinda sucked so do not miss it being non functional since Google maps does the job. Paying nothing and the remote AC start, locks an charging management work fine.
Eh, got 2 of those "credits" like most things it depends on your tax liability or did on or before 22'. So lower income folks or those that actively can manage their liability do not get the full credit. I got roughly $4500 or so of the amount. Funny how the tax credit really only helps...
Depends on location in state for FPL.
I tried to get one of those $30 a month unlimited chargers from FPL but our charger is outside and my garage is not a charger location option so no go. As it is 2 Evs we pay about $50 a month on average $.13 with FPL.
Will Slate be offering a plug and charge network solution?
Example, drive up to DCFC and plug in. Car talked to charger and via VIN and Mac address automatically charges your credit card for the session via Slate web site.
I really do not like being phone dependent on a trip. It is a...
Recently Google has added EV support to maps in Android Auto. It gives estimated state of charge on arrival and such in real time via telemetry obtained from the vehicles, also adds charge stops. I do think it does a better route planning job than native Ford navigation but that is not saying...
Have a facility locally that was for the local Newspaper. They sold the presses overseas and everything else for scrap. The utilities and HVAC were intact and they split it multi tenant. Pretty quick and clean turnaround. Sad in a way, really cool older industrial building used for many...
