There are "Aux buttons" in the maker that go above the AC controls. It's possible, though I don't know how likely, that those could control the windows. I haven't seen much info on what they would control, exterior lights was the only thing mentioned.
I'm not sure what features the app would have that would be worth a specific subscription. Most things you'd want to do there are other, mostly free apps.
Whole different thing. The only time I roll down windows is to let out heat when it's hot and I've been parked in the sun. If the slate has preconditioning that may not be an issue, though more than keyfob range would be good, would be nice to have it start 5 minutes before I leave a store.
If I...
If that's so, then I think they have probably been targeting roughly "Mid 20s" from the start, and 7500 off of that just conveniently landed somewhere under $20k, so $27,499 wasn't something slate had in mind at all.
This is part of the problem where everyone is looking real close at details at these events, These are basically hand built prototypes, and each one probably has differences, and none will match the final product.
While people who have sat in the truck have said they were comfortable, as I've said in other threads, Slate recently posting a job for a seat designer likely means the seats we are seeing are placeholders.
Does a car trunk have a prop bar? I figure that is why no prop bar, this is storage, not just repair and maintenance access, it's more steps if you've got to put up the bar to load your groceries in it.
I need to research chargers, but I intend to install one. I'd like to be able to charge only when rates are lowest, and just fast enough to finish while rates are lowest.
Yes when the incentive was possible, slate stated under 20k after incentive, and it's simple math to say 20k+7.5k = 27.5k
Slate made no other statements at the time on price.
Since the incentives were cancelled, Slate has only stated "mid 20s" and that they were going to try to keep it as low as...
As far as what slate has shown so far, the space between the wheel wells is just a bit too narrow for full sheets of plywood or drywall to lay flat between them. At least 1 interview said that was something they were working on though.
Also, looking at the top edge of the bed, is that a rail to...
And once again someone demonstrating that they can add. It is based on out of date info though.
Everyone knows this math, slate hasn't finalized the price though, the only recent quotes are al "Mid-20s" and that's probably all their employees are allowed to say.
All of these quotes from reporters are based on the reporters calculating the incentive price minus incentive.
The only verified pricing I've seen from slate even in actual interview videos since the incentive was cancelled is the same as the web site. "Mid-20s". That is probably all we will...
And those small trucks are nearly all 10+ years old. It's getting so you see more contractors in the bigger 4 door trucks because that's what's available. I think if slate is successful, and gets production to the point where you can just order one and have it in a couple of weeks, it will...
From some articles I've read recently, the right strategy is charge al the time, but charge slow. If you are using it for your daily driver you just charge it daily, and not worry about 20/80.
If the extra weight had little impact on efficiency, the range would be more closely proportional to...
