I agree with you @GaRailroader. The Canoo IPO caused them to have "too many cooks in the kitchen" and the company lost its focus. Covid, plus alleged improper financial shenanigans frightened off any further investments and the spiral downward just accelerated from there.

I agree. If the Slate Auto philosophy of owner customizable stays true, then an electrical aux panel pre-wired to the fuse box is something we should expect. Then Slate could have a whole bunch of accessories they could also sell for owner installation.
