I went through the same thing waiting on my Saturn Sky and my 2010 Camaro, you just need to be patient.. remember the saying, “Good things come to those who wait”
It’s a lot like my current 19 year old GMC Canyon, basic truck. When I got it, it only had AC, Automatic and a AM-FM Radio in a regular cab short bed. I installed Keyless entry and power Windows myself.
Why can you not accept the fact I prefer paint over Vinyl?
It’s my choice and my reasons just like it’s your choice and your reasons to do a wrap. Time to move on.
My cars sit outside in the heat and cold, vinyl tends to only last me three years before being hard to remove. I have done it before, it’s not fun. I don’t onow how much that Slate will charge for their wraps, but I suspect it will be more than a couple hundred dollars, then you have to put it...
If you read my post about what Slate told me is all that about the Pickup glass rear window has not been finalized yet as to what features they want to have.
I just got a reply and it basically says what you just posted.
“Hi Timothy,
Great question! The final design and functionality of the rear window on the pickup version hasn’t been officially released yet.
We’ll be showing off more interior and rear cabin details, including how the back window...
Here are a couple pictures showing no back window.
and here is one of the SUV back window.

I just hope Slate learned from Tesla’s mistakes and...
PLA, Bambu, the door handles were already in the file that someone else had made that I modified. I just looked and the door handles look the same on the drivers side but reversed on the passenger side. Never noticed that before.

update: I saw a new video...
Here are my finished Slate pickup and SUV I made, not 100% accurate but close enough for me.

You can find them both in Makerworld when you search for Slate https://makerworld.com/en/makerlab/ai-scanner
I ised this one but I need to verify the in door space before commiting to buy the kit. There are others out there also that could work better on the slate.
Depending on the price of Slate’s kit I may go that route for eas of installatioa
