I have yet to see a slate truck in person, but one of my usual questions when I buy a new car is how the rearview mirror is mounted. Most American cars use a two ball system, where I can raise the mirror up and down, and most of the European cars I have driven use a single ball system, where you can only change the angle of the mirror. I'm a big guy, and being able to raise the mirror up removes a blind spot (my eye line is about even with most mirrors, and I have to duck around it so I can see going around corners). Has anyone seen how the mirror is mounted on the truck?
