Replacing Headlights?

Ok guys and gals,

I have my cordless drill ready to change and go but my headlight went out on my Slate. Is it possible to swing by auto zone or order from Amazon and get a cheap headlight, or is it going to be a headache in replacing the lamp?

I'm sure the stock headlight assemblies on the Slate EV Truck will be a readily-available OEM part suitable to the basic task at hand. I do know that one of the "fancy" features will be auto dimming of the high beams for oncoming cars. That might be mandated on all new cars sold in the US at this point.

Hopefully your answer will come as they release the Slate University. Remember those car manuals you could buy, and they literally tore the car down.

Quite possible. I should be remembered that a lot (or most) of what's on the Slate is off-the-shelf OEM parts and assemblies with reliable North American supply chains. That's how they're keeping it at a reasonable price point.
