I was there, great chat with the guys.
Nothing ground breaking but I did get some info that they plan to have power at the roof, 500w I believe, that can be used to power light bars or scene lighting etc.
They are working on getting a contract set up with one of the major cooperatives that will make things easier for governemnt agencies to purchase them through, (i.e. Sourcewell, GSA, HGAC, Omnia, etc.)
They are taking fleet pre-orders with just an "intent to buy" letter to reserve vehicles for the fleet.
they also passed out sticker packs that were cool.
Sadly, I didnt see many people stoping by to talk to them. They were in a low traffic area with a small booth and no truck to see. So if you didnt already know what they were there would have been little reason to stop and talk. I think they would have had way more interest if they brought a truck, but it was in North Carolia so it would be logistically difficult to transport one.
