I was referring to the special provision in this post.
Skimmed through both the original and the new amendments and this is all I found relating.

-Original:
"Amended section 30D(h) provides that no credit is allowed with respect to any vehicle placed in service after December 31, 2032."

-New Bill Amendment:
"SEC. 70502. TERMINATION OF CLEAN VEHICLE CREDIT.
(a) In General.--Section 30D(h) is amended by striking ``placed in
service after December 31, 2032'' and inserting ``acquired after
September 30, 2025''."

Then apparently the special provision (proposed exception for automakers with sales below 200,000 vehicles) didn't make it through the process to the final bill.
