Some quick looks at Slate snow testing.

This was at the Michigan Tech Keweenaw Research Center outside of Calumet, MI not too far from the Slate sighting at the Keweenaw Co-op in Hancock, MI. The Keweenaw Research Center does regular winter vehicle testing, and we've seen a few interesting cars up here over the years.

Which once again puts this "testing" spotted in videos not as casual driving on winter roads, but they are actually taking them to real testing facilities and locations to get certified tests done.
