Soft top is interesting, but more for camping and casual. I'd prefer something with hard sides that can take more banging around (although windows have me wondering).
You're welcome. I don't like facebook, but I have an account just for this kind of thing. That reel may be open without a log in. But I think I described it in total. Not much there. People who really want to study that menu should look at the reel so I left it as a reference.
The webpage that shows the body styles, including cargo, is still out there, but has been delinked from the main pages.
It seems like work on the Cargo version has been pushed to the back burner. Judging by our own little survey here (less than 2%), it is not popular with general consumers...
I'll repeat what I posted on another thread. On Facebook, a guy actually cycled through them...
There is a post Wednesday at 3:05 Eastern by Chris Higa in the Facebook group Slate Truck Enthusiasts where he runs through the menu.
Charging (current and limit)

Nobody knows. "Coming Soon", Slate's alternate motto.
Considering the unveil event was still using old prototypes, I'm going to bet test drives are still pretty far off.
Stay tuned here. Once someone gets an email or sees a website change, this site will light up.
Because I care for you OP, and I'm a great guy, I did some research. :)
This video may be all you need. The first Munro video. I'm thinking the more recent view I saw was Redline Reviews. Nevermind, scan through this video, starting with a screenshot.
I can't wade through them all, but the two Munro videos have some info.
The most recent shows the beefy skidplate for a few seconds.
The one from last winter they go through the undercarriage in detail, but it was a prototype. You get a good look at the motor, the axles and the De Dion...
They think of everything. And what does 30+ months mean? If I roll in there with a P0420 meaning I need a new catalytic converter, no rebate? Of course, a CARB catalytic converter may set you back $2.5k. Who wants to go through the hassle of replacing that for a rebate? Plus it is just a...
Yes, one driver, no problem. Set and forget. Two drivers, it becomes a hassle. Back in the day, we usually reached a non-optimal compromise for the passenger side mirror -- if we had it! I'm guessing they did the calculus on this and are betting most buyers will be single driver.
Hard to...
I gotcha, and it is fine. We are actually in agreement more than less.
I'm a bad writer. Better at math. What I was trying to say was if we start seeing some Q4 emails, it means they feel they've flooded their pipeline with pre-orders as much as they can risk, and it is a healthy sign...
AI was giving me a hard time yesterday and gave me "rods". :) I just decided to roll with it for now. When you see my nice hollow stack of tubes return, you'll know I got my golden email.
Yes. I don't know how it works with Slate (specs of fasteners that will fit in the mount points), but it is best to somehow use those points. I hope Slate is hearing this feedback. They could offer a reasonable accessory package. The last thing I'd want to do is drill into the bed of this...
