Test Drives: When and How?

Does anyone know when and how Slate will be orchestrating giving all we preorder folks a chance to drive the truck before we sign on the dotted line? I've been told there will be events across the country that we will be notified about, just look for the one nearest. Is that the latest info? So all we need do is wait to get an email or some other notification of when these events will start happening?

Considering the unveil event was still using old prototypes, I'm going to bet test drives are still pretty far off.

Yeah i’m expecting a bit of a drive to get to drive one. I’m in the middle of Eastern North Carolina. That’s OK, I’m excited, a fun roadtrip.
