When selling anything especially something new like the Slate truck going up in price is painfully hard down in price is remarkably easy. Particularly if you have a lot of margin in your vehicle. My bet is that slate has a lot of margin.

Some Slate investment came from Mark Walter who is invested in Carvana. While having the other investor (Jeff Bezos) have Amazon deliver the Slate seems well cute. Carvana has all the services and infrastructure to do it.

I have a Mustang Mach E premium 2 Wheel Dr. with an extended battery. It is a rear wheel drive only car. It’s great. It handles well no issues. The regenerative breaking works fine. I fully expect the rear wheel drive for slate will be just fine considering that the motor is at the rear axle.
