My reservation number has disappeared

I find this curious - I'm almost certain that it was there immediately after my reservation was confirmed. I ran to my confirmation email to check, but it's the same deal - a blank space where my reservation number should be. My name is, likewise, gone.

Anyone else in this boat?

Quick update: my reservation number was still visible in my Slate.auto account settings.

That's okay, your Slate is not going to show up for at least 2 years, so they have time to find it. 🙂

Similar login / reservation issues here! I placed a reservation and paid using my credit card. Good thing I printed out the page from my browser as proof since I could no longer access my account; the code which expires in 30 minutes was never delivered to my email. Tried this like 20x. Then I got about 20 codes delivered the next day (all expired, of course). Then I started getting codes in 30 minutes (still expired). I called the customer service number, left a vm and someone actually called me the following day! Gave them my reservation number but apparently they couldn’t link it to an outlook / hotmail account. Then I created a new gmail account and customer service was finally able to link my reservation. I was later advised the slate reservation system cannot accept hotmail accounts. Lessons learned.

Odd...I used a hotmail account, and it worked, got the reservation email, my reservation number still shows up in their system on slate.auto. I guess I got lucky?

Perhaps, although they did mention there were some startup issues with setting up accounts and fixes were in the works. At one point I received an error message “cannot send to hotmail accounts”. If this is the biggest glitch Slate needs to deal with then they are off to an amazing start.
