slate does a funny

ok so i was curious what the en in the https://www.slate.auto/en was i was thinking it was maybe a country or a language like English so i used au like this https://www.slate.auto/en/au and it takes you to the slate websites basically 404 not found but it has a funny message that says
What do gasoline, dealerships, and this page have in common?

Figured it out, it's language. es is spanish. Not seeing any links to get from one language to another, but possibly there are spanish language adds linking to https://www.slate.auto/es
