This new ad spot shows us the Slate parked inside a garage in both pickup and SUV form. Not that anyone ever doubted that it would fit a standard size garage, but this look gives us perspective on how much / little room it takes up.

I keep calling the slate a small truck, which it is in comparison to other trucks. But I finally got around to comparing the dimensions to my '16 CRV, and the Slate is basically the same size. 5" shorter front-to-back, 5" taller, and 1" narrower left-to-right. The Slate is not nearly as small as I had pictured in my mind.

It's about as big as 90s trucks, which were "small" for what they were

95 Ranger was 184 for the regular bed, like 69 inches wide (the domestic ranger, not the goofy global market one we have now)

S10 is slightly longer for similar year but same width roughly

I'm visualizing the SUV right around the size and height of a Bronco sport.
Slate outline with bronco sport and two-door Jeep Wrangler. Lined up at the rear of the vehicle for easy length comparison at the front.
