Waiting for email response

I'm sure a lot of people sent questions to Slate over the past few days. I asked a few questions and got email confirmations, but no responses yet. Is anyone else still waiting to hear back from them?

I waited over 24 hours for a question I had yesterday, but they did get back to me.

I sent two separate messages on Wednesday and received two replies via email today; less than 48 hour turnaround.

The chat feature had almost a 90 minute wait at one point. Then last night I was able to almost immediately get into a back and forth with an agent.

I asked a question and remarkably the answer showed up on their FAQ list the next day, but I never got the reply from them myself.

Same. I sent three emails with a lot of technical questions though, so I'm guessing they're figuring out what they will and won't answer.

They have been swamped since the pricing came out. At first even their chat was backed up several hours.
you might have a better chance now with the chat.
