A 12v meter would be a handy item to have in or on the dash. You could go through the frunk access panel with a DVOM periodically to check it’s health but to have a meter you can monitor may be a nice addition to help you from getting bricked if the battery dies.

You can plug one into the 12v port in the dash. You can also get charging cords that have a voltmeter built in.

At the time I got it I was wanting to power a dashcam, a wireless backup cam screen, and charge up to 2 phones at once. There are simpler models.
