Sounds like you have a proper off grid homestead. 👍 Someone on YT built a shed to store the batteries/components to support a solar array. He gets enough charge for his EV to make the trip back to civilization.

Can't believe I am looking into how much the truck can charge a power station over three hours. It's like having gas in a Jerry can. 🤦
Yes, I do, as do most of my friends and neighbors. I have a neighbor, also completely off grid. Recently bought a Chevy Silverado EV. He considers it his home backup.

I can easily see the roof panel portion of the SUV/Cargo topper receiving a flexible solar panel. If building out a camper with RTT, solar panels can go on top of the RTT.
This is the same question I am asking every little bit of juice helps.
