Someone posted a pic in a Facebook group earlier of a Slate truck outside the factory! Looks like things are really moving.

They should so put a live web-cam in the factory! Or at least take a few pictures a day and put out a stop-motion video of the progress.

I'd watch that for sure. Better than watching a baby hippo.

Here is a better view of the Slate shown above at the Slate factory. In case you can’t read the emblem, it says “Indiana, The Hoosier State”. 😄 They could call it the Hoosier Slate.

The Buckeye Slate (OH)
The Empire Slate (NY)
The Great Lakes Slate (MI)
etc...

Ya know.... State themed Slates would be pretty neat!

The Buckeye Slate (OH)
The Empire Slate (NY)
The Great Lakes Slate (MI)
etc...
You could do any state with the custom wraps. I would like "Made in Indiana".

That would be good, keep us in touch with progress you find with the factory.

I'm almost sorry they aren't building an entire new factory. I really enjoyed the youtube drone videos when giga texas was being built. I'm retired from the commercial construction industry.
