Texas is at least getting longer events, this one is 9am-12 noon on a weekday.I guess I need to move to cali or texas if I ever want to see a Slate, lol.
Saw one in Washington last year. Almost missed the event because their website makes you dig for the event list instead of having some obvious news/update feed on the homepage...gave feedback then and they still haven't improved it.I guess I need to move to cali or texas if I ever want to see a Slate, lol.
They traveled more last year, I think with it getting so close to production they don’t want to waste too much money bringing a prototype slate around the country for very little gain. They likely want to save money for bringing the production version around the country for reservation test drives. Also in case there’s any unforeseen expenditures that are likely to happen before launch. It’s good to have some extra money in the budget in case you are going over budget.I guess I need to move to cali or texas if I ever want to see a Slate, lol.
Yeah I could see that i always say when I see slates wakier commercial "that's my 50 dollars putting in work right there" and lover every second we seeThey traveled more last year, I think with it getting so close to production they don’t want to waste too much money bringing a prototype slate around the country for very little gain. Gotta pay for those bagels & coffee somehow. So, it looks like the breakfast club cruise in event is free, free bagels and coffee, and free parking if you leave between 11-12:30.
The Avant's Pit stop however is the opposite. Private event: members only, membership starts at $99, might still have to buy a ticket if a member, it's unclear.
The breakfast club event just has free bagels and coffee, and free entry, no parking charge if you leave by 12:30. Jeff Dunham will be there.Gotta pay for those bagels & coffee somehow.
