South SF Bay Event - Hollister, CA - Swank Farms Fall Experience

I went to the Slate event today at Swank Farms. https://www.slate.auto/en/events

The transport vehicle had some kind of trouble today, but the truck with the SUV kit will be there for Friday & Saturday.

I spoke to three very nice people from sales. They didn't have any more specs yet, since all the details haven't been ironed out yet. I told them that I was interested in the cargo kit, with windows and a roof rack.

One important piece of info - you do not need to pay an entrance fee. The event is just outside the gates of Swank Farms. There was plenty of free parking too.

I got a Slate hat and a pin. 😎 And also a coloring book. 🤩

It's a good idea to look up the directions before you go, the venue wasn't well marked. Though there are three dinosaurs when you do make it to the entrance. You'll see the Slate booth close by too. 😉

I won't be able to make it back. But hopefully there are other people in the South San Francisco Bay Area who will. With their cameras at the ready. Especially since they will be there later on Friday & Saturday.

Nearby Hollister is a little town with some good restaurants on the main street. The farm event sounded like fun for kids too.
