My Ranger had the rear half doors and jump seats. It was kind of perfect because you could get up to 5 people in there if you had to, but no one WANTED a ride.

We've had our 16 yr old with a ranger drive his siblings a couple of times. They actually love sitting in the jump seats.

Well look around, in the collector car and truck world what do people want? Two door cars, and two door short bed trucks.
Until two door cars and short bed trucks got too expensive and hard to find unrestored or customized, then people started restoring long bed trucks and 4 door cars. But the two doors will always be most desirable. I guess us Boomers just prefer it that way.
