Fine. Pay the boys at the service center $350 labor and call it a good day! I’m saving for these sorts of options now…who needs Christmas 2025, when Slata Clause is coming Christmas 2026!
Why can you not accept the fact I prefer paint over Vinyl?
It’s my choice and my reasons just like it’s your choice and your reasons to do a wrap. Time to move on.

Lighten up, Boss. Some of us joke- try it sometime. Good luck with your Slate. Jeesh - time to ignore you.

The true magic of the pineapple pizza on the Bronco forum was in the early days. Somehow it seemed that whenever a pineapple pizza debate was mentioned we'd suddenly get a meaningful glimpse or update of the Bronco progress. It became like a beacon (Mmmm, bacon) when not overused.

I waited 18 months for my early reserved Bronco to get delivered. Some waited less by choosing 4 door with simpler trims and options, but I held strong on my build. Some waited longer when things when further south for production for various supplier reasons, etc.

We laughed, we cried, and some of us formed strong bonds that remain to this today from the shared (first world) trauma 😅

Perhaps a similar trend will develop for the release of Slate info, and we can find our "pineapple pizza" here on this forum 🤷‍♂️

I'm here for that. Because the waiting is annoying for my First World personal agenda.

I went through the same thing waiting on my Saturn Sky and my 2010 Camaro, you just need to be patient.. remember the saying, “Good things come to those who wait”

I prefer paint over a wrap too. If I do end up getting a Slate, I'll have Maaco spray on a simple and cheap, single stage highlighter yellow on all the panels.

RIP Albert! 14 months for me after switching to a soft top (best decision I could have made) after intiitally ordering with the dual soft / mod top (did that ever materialize??). Best vehicle I have ever owned. Dreading putting the doors back on in a couple of weeks.
