Ah, the 'Bar of Soap' design, one of the few automotive design trends I'd rather never see make a comeback. On more than one occasion I'd have a box that would it in the BACK of the trunk, but not the front due to those sloped trunk lids.

Some soap bar designs are done well however. The design philosophy isn't bad, it's whether the execution of it is.
