Reservation holders will get an exclusive first chance to sit in a Slate. Beginning in 2026, we’ll have vehicles available for demonstration drives.

Depends on definition of near. They keep having events in California, but most of them are close to Long Beach, and they all seem to be around a 2 hour drive for me. I guess I might do that for an actual hands on test drive type event, but most of the state is a lot farther than 2 hours away.
I've got to figure when they start doing test drive for reservation holder events, they've got to spread them out a lot more.

How did I miss that? Blind in one eye and can't see out of the other??? Anyone from Minneapolis/St. Paul going and got room for one more in the car? Looking for a 1 day down and back. Will of course help with gas cost.
