Students In Warsaw Get First Look at Slate Electric Truck!

WARSAW – Before winter break began, students at Madison Elementary School got to check out an electric truck from Slate.

The kids loved that the truck was “wearing” a Christmas sweater, a special pattern that looked like a knitted sweater applied to the body of the truck.

Slate will begin producing electric trucks after its new Warsaw manufacturing facility is ready.

Madison Elementary School is a science, technology, engineering and math certified school, and having Slate right down the road will be an asset toward enhancing student learning, according to the school.

Nothing like a chatty 6 year old daughter talking to Dad about trucks, he's a gonner, no matter what mum says..
