Lots. Just....lots.
My only concern for that is their weird Brazilian-sourced window crank mechanism. I hope it doesn't take up too much space down there inside the door. I wonder if the seats will have much going on under them either, I've heard people have some success with under-seat subwoofer boxes in single cab pickups:

Thats a stock location for subs in Range Rovers. One under each front seat. Works real nice.

Door cavity depth is always a concern. Only way to know is measure once Slate gets out in the wild.

50 years on now, I have way better tools than in 1977. :CWL:

Judging from the bottom of the door panel in this picture, door cavity depth doesn't look very promising. Maybe 3-4" at best. A compact flush mount speaker might work. I'm not a fan of surface mount speakers.

4" depth should be good enough. The bottom of the window may not drop that far down in the door.

I'm going to go with electric windows, so maybe a 6-1/2" can go higher up on the door card. There's a lot of space in the dash. A nice 3-way component system. Woof's in the door, mid's in the dash, and maybe some surface mount tweeters on top of the dash firing into the windshield for good dispersion. Subs under the seats.
