I'm thinking that's glossy. Looks great whatever it is
To me it look like there's a slight sheen to it.

Does that make it "satin"?

Regardless, the professional lighting in Jay's garage really makes it pop.

Wrap with subtle sheen has an appealing look you rarely see, if ever, in regular automotive paint finishes.

My guess (because I have almost zero knowledge about wraps) is that non-glossy wrap is not as easy to keep looking fresh as glossy wrap.

Here's hoping, in addition to Jay's show, that the Slate appears at the major January auto shows in Detroit and Chicago. It's in the neighborhood for Slate, and it can't cost that much to park one on the floor - maybe in one of the low rent sections (since Slate is on a budget).

Major auto shows can pull in the auto-buying public by the hundreds of thousands (200,000+ just for the Chicago show). A full booth is big money, but I can't imagine a parking spot in a less desirable floor location would be crazy expensive.

My feelings exactly. They don’t need a premium spot on the exhibit floor. Just park a Slate somewhere in the back aisles behind some velvet ropes, keep it locked and have a rep on site to answer questions. The exhibit hall will still likely charge a lot of money that Slate doesn’t have. But it will be worth it!
