Payment Failed

I’m trying to convert my reservation to a preorder and I keep getting a notification of payment failed. I’ve tried multiple computers and multiple cards including my phone and Apple Pay. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I recommend starting a chat session with Slate.
With the overload of updates and changes going on, it’s likely their payment system is down. Or it crashed due to the volume of preorders!
